665 on the sixes 6.2
687 showing "black blank" because of a ripped destination roll which was
pointed out over a week ago still nowts been done and still has no
legal lettering, this is getting on for 3 months.
692 still not got any legal lettering this is getting on for 3 months aswell.
690 has a plan front since coming back in service.

Sounds about right for Trent.
61 TP coach was the same when that had a new front on. Still not right yet, nearly 18mths ago, cos it's got the old style logo with the 'Trans' in orange.
After Trent calling themselves the Really Good Bus Company and coming out tops with the Bus Users UK audits, they ought to put more attention to detail. _________________ Peaker

Granted, there are some qualms with Trent that need addressing, but don't strip them of their "title" of being the really good bus company! To be brutally honest, they deserve it, big improvements over the past 18 months - 2 years.

If you work for Trent Sixtrans have you pointed out the problems to the management or are you quite happy to complain about them on this forum where nothing is going to get them rectified?

yes ken the managers do know about the problems but good old trentbarton nowts been done. so i thought id put them on the forum to let others know, isnt that the idea of a forum? if, ken, you think trentbarton are the really good bus company then am happy for you, because a really good bus company wouldnt have any brand defects, body damage, wrong destination rolls, and buses not showing legal lettering. instead of trentbarton re doing the web site they should get the buses sorted first. _________________ SIXTRANS
