The old thread is getting a bit boring and pathetic and repeats itself far too much for my liking, so I've set up this thread for the specific purpose of new vehicle sightings/observations.

I know this view probably won't be shared, but the 100's are looking very plain. NCT definitly know how to make interesting buses boring _________________ Want to hear what really goes on behind the scenes at an independant hotel?

Surprise surprise, but, I have to disagree, the 'new' network liveried vinyl application, focussing on core route, a long with frequency.
Glad there's more white though, it's a real shame some form of proper Pathfinder livery, though certainly a better effort. _________________ Cheers then,

I think I'm gonna disagree too, whilst the network liveries aren't the best liveries in the world, they do a dam good job of getting all the right information across whilst still being in NCT standard livery. Its getting a bit Arriva-esque with a different colour on the top of the front and a 'city linx' swoop at the back
I've always thought that Network colours were a bit dated anyway (although I do actually quite like the look of the Solar) this Pathfinder mixes it up a bit |

It's as boring as Arriva though! Surely in this day and age companies can do a bit more than just block colours? How will this bus attract people out of cars? A normal Versa would look stunning, take TM Travel, but the NCT ones... _________________ Want to hear what really goes on behind the scenes at an independant hotel?

Very much agreed, I thought the same when I saw the Nottingham ones. As someone not from the area, the many different brands used by NCT just confuse me! |

NCT have retained the route numbers for all their services which make it easier for someone outside the area, if they are told to catch for example here service 100 they can see it presented nicely on the front of the bus.
Whereas tb on the other hand have gone another way now someone from outside the area told to catch the Black Cat maybe confused as they don't know they have to look for the correctly coloured bus with the correct branding |

Back to the subject of NCT's new buses:-
- The Blue Line Optare Versas will not have leather seats, basic bus seats.
- The GO2 Green Line Optare Versas will not have the same seats as the Southwells, but will have what was described as 'leather effect'
Similar to the ones featured on the Omnidekkas in waiting? _________________ Cheers then,

To be fair, Service 11 is just as rough, area wise. _________________ Cheers then,
