TM Travel Plaxton Centro, in brand new Livery on 505 (Tesco Shuttle, Sheffield) was YJ07JWA.

Saturday 16/02/2008
Travel Allover White Optare Solo YN03ZXE-252, not seen this before.

Has YJ07JWA been repainted too then? Interesting.

Also the evening 3 journies seem to run off the FreeBee as YN57KFE was on yesterday and I have seen others before.

soz, freebee solo was on the 202, which runs behind the 108, which was run by a red vario. 9 times out of ten, there is a newer bus on the 108 than on the 202, but not today  Embarassed

Hi Guys, I don't know if any of you are interested but I spotted TM's G472EKV operating on the Sheffield to Manchester Rail Replacements last Sunday and then i've seen TM's D229HMT doing the same duty today. This makes me very happy as the Leyland Tigers are my favourites.

I saw them operating the 13:45 service from Sheffield.

Didn't know Bolsover had become part of Sheffield Very Happy

Bad humour aside, I said i'd place a link to the photo on when it went live so here it is http://daniel-stone.fotopic.net/p49165795.html This was taken in Bolsover for anyone who's interested

Any ideas what was on the FreeBee in its place (I believe the spare solo often ends up on the 252 these days - can anyone confirm?)

Well, anything can happen with TM Travel! I have known a couple of times when they have put a SOLO on one of our School Runs which usually easily fill Double Deckers!!  Shocked

Now that's very odd - I didn't see the FreeBee myslef but have been told the spare YG52DHC was on. I can only assume that KFE wasn't ready to go out in the morning to Sheffield so they sent DHC out, but then they fixed KFE and put it out on Bolsovers?

Versa YJ08PFN was possibly on the 0925 65 ex Sheffield (and then presumably onto 66s) but I saw it from a distance and it may have been a Solo in the new livery.

New plain white (no fleetnames) MAN centro YN08JWE out on the 293s - got a ride on it and I much prefer it to the VDL Centros. Wonder how it compares to the B7RLEs?
