63, 234, 665 & 667 all on Transpeak!
227 finally left Belper this afternoon, as Derby need a tachograph bus (presumably for TP). 447 replaced it at Belper, which means that it'll more than likely be on the Sixes tomorrow... _________________ Dan - for the latest transport photos from the midlands & beyond, visit daniel-stone.fotopic.net
My thoughts exactly Jenkins
They pull well through the Peaks. IMO scrap everything on there at the moment, bring in some Scanias, put coach seats in and bobs your uncle
It's the crappy Wright bodies that rattle, The Scania chassis seems quite robust and rugged.
I agree, I've just moved to Chilwell, and was quite surprised at how less rattly the 36 OmniDekkas are compared with some Wright examples, not exactly the same Scania product but you get my point, I'm not saying they dont rattle, but just less!
A big problem with any of the Kinch fleet is of course the easycard reader which rattles even if theres a light breeze
